Especially those advertisements for Acai Berry drink. That does absolutely nothing for you when it comes to losing weight. Anyhow, if you do this one thing, I promise that you will start losing weight. My clients have used this technique for great results and there are many reasons for this.
The number one trick that I could give you has to do with your diet, and that is to drastically cut out the carbohydrate than one day carb load. That's it. There are many reasons to this.
When you cut out the carbs, your body will start to use body fat to fuel everyday activities. When you ingest carbohydrates, this won't happen. Your body will use the carbs for fuel. Your body prefers carbs for fuel but we want it to switch to its own body fat reserves.
The reason for the carbohydrate load on one day of the week is because I have found with many of my clients that they tend to get grumpy and cranky if they are on a strict low carb diet for long periods of time. So I now advise them to have a carb up day one day a week, most preferably on a weekend like Saturday or Sunday. This high carb day is going to refuel their muscle glycogen stores and increase their mental concentration and focus.
Do this one thing and I promise you, you will start losing weight. It's inevitable.
